Hearing Carles Puigdemont to call a news conference 12PM GMT

He was supposed to address parliament at 4PM GMT but now hearing a different story

Is he or is he not?Going to declare independence for Catalunia? It is still unclear at this time of the day.
It’ll be the event of the day trading at least on the EURUSD. The pair is bid for now, well I call it rangy after the downside failure end of last week.
1.1705-1.1830 are the levels I will look out for action. A deeper break sub 1.1680 could trigger an extra percent to the downside as a break above will bring 1.1915
a lot closer again .
