Euro drops through 1.1760 support on German coalition talk failure

EURUSD

Europe’s backbone is getting hurt.

This could take us down to 1.1680 or even all the way to 1.1550 if we can confirm the 1.1760 break.Crosses are getting dumped in a equal fashion. I’m short Euros ( EURUSD and some crosses)as the news hit the wires , 1.1780S equivalent, stop 1.1830 equivalent.

    Yap I was happy with my eurchf shorts. Except one, I closed all the others, it’s a nice start 😉

      Very nice indeed Stéphane, I hit the Euro as the news hit the wires too. Was already a bit short EURGBP from Friday , added EURUSD and EURJPY (bought that one back for 0.5%). I don’t think the market was prepared for the talks to blow up.
      This is putting pressure on Europe’s backbone for sure.
