EU spokesman gives us the timing of Theresa May’s meeting with Jean-Claud Juncker
Just a quick note as EU spokesman Margaritis Schina has popped up to tell us that May & Juncker will be meeting at 13.15 Brussels time (12.15 GMT) for a “working lunch”. As posted earlier, Juncker will/is having a meeting with Barnier and his Brexit team ahead opf meeting May.
And no sonner do I hit the send button than EU’s Verhofstadt (who’s in this meeting with Juncker) pops up on Reuters to say he only sees a 50/50 chance of seeing a Brexit deal.
