UK unit labour costs for Q3 2017 5 January 2018

  • Prior revised to 1.7%
  • 0.4% vs 0.7% prior q/q
  • Output per hour 0.8% vs 0.1% prior y/y
  • 0.9% q/q

ONS says;

  • Q3 productivity increase is the largest since Q2 2011
  • Rise in labour cost growth the weakest since Q2 2015

The quid has dropped before the numbers came out but this data is not usually marklet moving.
