Here’s today’s board of forex option expiries for the 10 am (15.00 GMT) New York cut 18 January 2018
Another round of barriers were blown out late yesterday, with the 1.39 in GBPUSD and the 0.8000 in AUDUSD both wiped. It seems to be becoming a theme where traders are using the thinner liquidity times to have a crack at those and stops around big figures. There’s still barriers in place and more will pop up, no doubt. On the GBPUSD barrier at 1.40, it’s said to be a biggie and there’s also been good business in 1.40 calls of late.
Today’s vanilla expiry board is looking a bit busier. USDJPY has some size going off 110.80-111.05. For more info on the options, read “An explanation of Forex options and their impact on currency markets“.

Small pairs so i assume its normally not so much to report, makes it nice to see when something actually does come up 🙂

I’ve been mooching around some of the other pairs to see if there’s more. I’ll widen the search if there’s interest in other currencies. You are correct that usually there’s not much size in those pairs so I only grab the big ones.
