January 2018 Eurozone retail sales 5 March 2018
- Prior -1.1%. Revised to -1.0%
- 2.3% vs 2.1% exp y/y. Prior 1.9%. Revised to 2.1%
As I mentioned just before the numbers, the retail PMI’s suggested a down month and we got just that but the 4 pip miss from expectations. Just a shame this data hardly ever moves the market. EURUSD did nothing at 1.2320.
