Forex option expiries for the 10am (15.00 GMT) New York cut 9 March 2018
A humdinger of a day in the options. A whopping 4.40bn off in USDJPY at 107.00, and a big expiry of some of the downside hedging that’s been in place for the last few weeks. That sees 5.40bn going off at 104.00, and we also say goodbye to some of the barriers down there at 104/105. EURUSD has a few yards going off up and down the price scale, and even USDCAD is getting in on the act.
Lot’s of time and lots of events to come first, including the big NFP, so let’s see where we are later in the day.
