USDJPY has room to roam now 105 support is gone – Forex options expiries 26 March 2018

Forex option expiries for the 10am (15.00 GMT) New York cut 26 March 2018

The expiry and bust of the 105 barriers and support has led to the break of the 105 level in USDJPY, and has loosened things up in the area. That leaves the gate open for a test of the 104 barriers but as we’ve previsously noted, there still plenty of buying interest under 105.

USDZAR also has a barrier at 11.50 which held very strongly this time last month. The price is approaching it today with it currently at 11.62.
