- Hires 5.754m vs 5.578m prior. Revised to 5.581m
- Separations 5.468m vs 5.408m prior. Revised to 5.424m
- Quits 3.561m vs 3.351m. Revised to 3.349m
- Layoffs and charges 1.588m vs 1.170m prior. Revised to 1.731m
Better than expected and quits show a decent rise too. That’s the metric that’s a fairly good indicator of a tightening market as it means a willingness to quit jobs to move up the ladder.
