- Median sale price $245,100 vs $235,200 Sep 2016 change of +4.2%
- 4% of sales were distressed vs 4% in Aug and 4% Sep 2016
NAR says activity would have been somewhat stronger if not for the lingering impact oif the hurricanes. As I mentioned in the prior post. Not often a market mover but the fact it’s a strong report inlight of the weather could help give the busk some extra tailwind. We’ve traded a new high of 113.51. US 10’s on highs as well.
