March 2018 US retail sales report 16 April 2018

  • Prior -0.1%
  • Ex-autos 0.2% vs 0.2% exp m/m. Prior 0.2%
  • Ex-autos/gas 0.3% vs 0.4% exp m/m. Prior 0.3%
  • Control group 0.4% vs 0.4% exp m/m. Prior 0.1%

At least that’s stopped the rot of 3 straight loses in retails. Core sales come in on expectations but none of the numbers show a strong rebound.
