July 2018 Canadian trade balance data 5 September 2018
- Prior -0.63bn. Prior revised to -0.74bn
- Exports +0.8%. 51.27bn vs 50.70bn prior. Revised to 50.86bn
- Imports -0.4%. 51.38bn vs 51.32bn prior. Revised to 51.60bn
Good numbers here. In terms of the balance, it’s better but most of that has come from higher prices for oil exports.
