- Median sale prices $ 337,200 vs $321,700 Mar 2017 (4.8% change). Feb prices $326,800.
We have been watching closely as they had been falling on a m/m basis but it looks like that might have just been a small dip.
Good numbners all round from this and consumer confidence and it’s giving the dollar another small shove. USDJPY 109.16 new high.
