Irish minister: UK has changed its position on the bill

• UK has taken all the simple options on the table
• We want to move Brexit on to stage two
• We are not trying to stop talks moving on
• We still need sufficient progress on the border
• UK & EU are still talking on the border issue

Further confirmation that yesterday’s stories carry some weight but also, if we do get a deal on the border, that will be another green light for the pound.
