  • There’s a lot of emotion involved, which is helping in creating a bubble
  • The Estonian central bank is not planning to regulate virtual currencies as volumes aren’t threatening financial stability yet

General comments;

  • The year ended in much better shape than it started, both in monetary policy, in economic growth and in foreign trade
  •  It was a year of normalisation and healing in both Estonia and the euro area
