May 2018 Eurozone trade balance 16 July 2018
- Prior 18.1bn. Revised to 18.0bn
- Exports 0.2% m/m
- Imports 0.9% m/m
- NSA 16.5bn vs 17.6bn exp. Prior 16.7bn
- Exports 0.8% y/y
- Imports 0.7% y/y
There could well have been a big push to stock up ahead of tariffs, hence why imports look strong on the SA data.
