Without being a ‘Hindsight Harry’, the silence on NAFTA on Friday looks to have been a signal that there was a deal coming. Considering Canada’s Freeland spent more time updating us on what meetings she was having than actual time spent in negotiations, we’ve now learnt to take heed when she goes silent.
What’s to come is now more important that what’s passed, as that’s what we have to trade. K-Man did an excellent round up post on the matter, and I embellished on that further this morning in a chat with the guys at Core TV.
