- National HPI 5.51% vs 5.77% prior y/y. Revised to 5.69%

- 0.2% vs 0.4% exp m/m. Prior 0.3%
- 6.0% vs 6.1% prior y/y
Nothing frothy in house prices but if they start to fall that would play into the other data we’re seeing being affected by rate hikes.
