   My guess.. hike today..forcast 3 total for the year and adf a third hike for 2019 “if data continues to improve” or some bs that gives him a retreat option if needed. ?

       No real plan.. would like to short a usd bull dissapointment but my normal usual suspects dont match up so well for the meeting.

       aud.usd would be intresting if the white house was not going to play the tariff game before the weekend..
       Usd.cad would have been intresting before nafta news helped the cad..
       Usd.nok – the krone is meeting resistance in several pairs after the last central bank meeting..

       Gbp.usd – liked your reasoning on the pair but the rate at the moment is a little bit in the middle of nowhere and not a natural level to enter (for me atleast)..

       So thats the long version of me saying i dont really have a clue or a plan on this one..

       Have some eur.nok and eur.sek shorts along with a cad.jpy long that are working well at the moment..

         There’s nothing wrong with sitting on your hands if you don’t have a strong view. I’ve got plans for GBPUSD and USDCAD but they need to have certain conditions met or, like you, I’ll probably leave it all alone.

           hmm…looks like my guess was a home run..But i did not anticipate all the yen movement..Was not sure how the market would react so i stayed clear and just observed 🙂
