  • Main Refinancing Rate seen unchanged at 0.00%
  • Deposit Facility Rate seen unchanged at -0.40%
  • Marginal Lending Facility seen unchanged at 0.25%
  • Asset Purchase Target to be maintained at €30B/month through Sept, reduced to 15 bln€ From October to December. That’s a surprise

Euro popped as the market was seeing the amount change before reading to the end. So no announcement of the end of PSPP before december; EURO drops from 1.1850 to  1.1770
