A quiet start to the week not far from Friday’s closing levels
It’s still very early days and illiquid. Note Japan is closed today for their National Foundation Day.
Merkel confirms she will serve a full term, May to speak next weekend in Munich, in a first of a series of speeches, on her Road to Brexit plans.
For the major currency pairs it’ll be equity market watching again. Late on Friday some strong hand bought the S&P off the lows.
It may be a sign we’re not going to fall of a cliff but call this a correction in the end .
