Trump V’s Putin – Summit it up .

Headlines per plenty will emanate before, during and after this meeting. We all know the background story . The real story here is the relevance it will have on markets.

 

Trump is a loose canon, yet how much of his bluster is blown out of proportion by the media ?. There are bigger things going on here behind the scenes. Unless we are complete imbeciles , these things will never meet reporters pen to notebook and on to publication .

If there is one piece of advice I could ever give to a trader, it would be to not take a side. If you have made money in the past by second guessing a situation, that is commendable .– Been there done that — also got stung more than a few times when my hubris / ego took charge and read the resulting trade completely wrong.

My mantra as always …………. ” Trade what you see. “

    Morning Dubsy, stella advise as ever 🙂 . Whatever people think of Donald he at least has some idea of how to do a deal. Our own PM has no idea at all. She was on TV here yesterday and DT had given her to bits of advice to deal with the EU the first was to sue them which she laughed off?. The interviewer didn’t ask on what grounds, which would have been enlightening.
    She then said he told her not to walk away which shows why the UK is getting screwed by the EU. If you tell the other side of any deal your not going to walk away you are saying I’ll pay any price you want. atvb Chris
